In addition to ongoing tax and compliance advice, the focus of our work is on supporting our clients in transactions and optimizing operational processes. We provide expert advice on complex tax and business management issues.

Raphael Küster has many years of experience on the client and consultancy side in Germany and abroad.

Before founding Küster & Partner, he ran his own tax consultancy for many years. Previously, he was an authorized signatory at an international auditing and tax consulting firm and he set up the Luxembourg office of an international real estate fund. Raphael Küster is responsible for tax consulting at Küster & Partner. In addition to ongoing tax compliance, he specialises in tax structuring and restructuring advice.

Dipl.-Kfm., German Certified Public Accountant (Wirtschaftsprüfer), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA)

Before joining Küster & Partner, Dr. Klaus Singer worked for an international medium-sized audit firm and for Big Four auditing companies.

At Küster & Partner, Dr. Klaus Singer is responsible for auditing and audit-related consulting for national and international clients. His consultancy activities focus on the analysis, design and implementation of business processes and effective control systems as well as tasks relating to internal auditing. In addition, Dr. Klaus Singer conducts annual audits in accordance with national and international standards and prepares annual financial statements.
